Welcome to Cries for Water

Water Falls

"You are not sick, you are thirsty!  It is chronic, unintentional dehydration that causes pain and disease."  Fereydoon Batamanghelidj, M.D. - 'Your Body's Many Cries for Water'

It's time to take back control of your own health and well-being.

We start out life being 99 percent water, as fetuses.  When we are born, we are 90 percent water, and by the time we reach adulthood we are down to 70 percent.  If we die of old age, we will probably be about 50 percent water.  In other words, throughout our lives we exist mostly as water.

The top 4 causes of poor health, chronic disease, and aging include:

  1. Unintentional Dehydration:  The average person, in an average climate needs 2.5 liters of water intake per day to remain fully hydrated; more, when you factor in heavier constitutions and increased daily activities.  When your body begins lacking in proper water consumption, the first signs are headache and fatigue.
  2. Free Radicals: Free Radicals are unstable atoms that bounce around inside our bodies, destroying healthy cells as they search for 2 more electrons.  These free radicals have an oxidizing effect on the body and account for 70% of diseases and accelerate the aging process.  They come from everything we ingest - foods, drinks, smoking, alcohol and pollution.
  3. Acidosis:  The top selling medication in the US today is antacids.  We are an acidic nation and acidosis is simple the name for having an over acidic body caused by diet and lifestyle.  Many physical disorders such as high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, over weight issues, kidney and liver disorders to name a few, are a result of acidosis.  It has been proven by countless studies that disease can not thrive in an alkaline environment.

Understanding dehydration or water shortage, will empower you to become much healthier and live longer. There is more to it than just drinking water. You will need to invest a little bit of your time and concentration and begin to understand the subject. You might think: "I now know I need to drink water; that is enough." But you knew that all along. What you did not know -- and need to know -- is why and what happens when you become forgetful and complacent, like millions of others who did not drink water until they got seriously sick -- with this or that disease -- but actually died of dehydration. Also remember, the body is not a container that can be replenished when empty. When dehydration has become symptom-producing, the reversal of its complications take time and understanding.

I have seen water completely reverse conditions such as: Asthma. Angina. Hypertension. Migraine headaches. Arthritis pain. Back pain. Colitis pain and chronic constipation. Heartburn and hiatal hernia. Depression. Chronic fatigue syndrome. High cholesterol. Morning sickness. Overweight problems. Even heart problems needing bypass surgery. - Fereydoon Batmanghelidj, M.D., 'Your Body's Many Cries for Water'.

"International studies show that populations with little or no history of illness.....drink higher pH (alkaline) waters. After all potential risk factors were considered and factored out, it became evident that they had been drinking waters with a pH of 9.0 to 10.0." Dr. Leonard Horowitz in 'Aids and Ebola'.

Alkaline ionized water "first came to notice in Japan, where researchers noted that people drinking water that came from certain fast-moving rocky mountain streams enjoyed extraordinarily good health. It turned out that this naturally occurring water was alkaline and had a different structure and electrical properties." Larry Clapp, PhD. in 'Prostate Health in 90 days'.

"Our bodies are made up of 70% water, our blood is 90%.  Water is a strong solvent carrying minerals, oxygen, nutrients, and waste products.  The aim is to help your body dispose of more waste products."  --Sang Whang, Reversing Aging
