Flowing Water

"Water in a river remains pure because it is moving.  When water becomes trapped, it dies.  Therefore, water must constantly be circulated.  The water, or blood, in the bodies of the sick is usually stagnant.  When blood stops flowing, the body starts to decay." - Masaru Emoto, 'The Hidden Messages in Water'

If you've ever owned a fish tank, you know what happens over time.  The water becomes dirty and full of dead cells and waste products from the fish.  Without changing that water, you will notice that slowly the fish begin to die off.  Weaker fish become sick and die off before the stronger more vibrant fish get sick.  If weaker fish get sick first, how do we treat them?  Are you thinking what I am thinking?  Why not just change the water; make the water clean, right?

These fish represent the cells in our body and the water represents the water (interstatial fluids) in our body as well.  Nutrition for our cells is delivered through this interstitial fluids (water) inside the body, the cells process the food, turning it into energy and the metabolic wastes are dumped into the same interstatial fluids for elimination.  If the water gets dirty too quickly and is not properly circulated, problems start to arise.  Weaker cells and organs begin to become affected first.  The door to dis-ease is now opened.  Not only is the quality of the water we drink important, but the amount is detrimental in maintaining vibrant health.

If we lose 50 percent of the water in our bodies, we can no longer maintain life.  Water carried by blood and bodily fluids, is the means by which nourishment is circulated throughout our bodies.  This flow of water enables us to live active lives. Water adjusts the body’s temperature and assists in digestion. It removes toxins from the body, and also makes necessary body fluids.  Water serves as the transporter of energy through out our body.

Water on Earth - Water is the medium in which all other nutrients are found.  Three simple molecules, two hydrogen and one oxygen, bind together to form each molecule of water, the most abundant and important substance on Earth and in the human body.  Water is the universal solvent, and most other substances present on Earth dissolve in it to different degrees.  The earth's natural water varies in mineral content, as does the water found within our bodies.

Water in the Body - Water is the primary component of all the bodily fluids: blood, lymph, digestive juices, urine, tears, and sweat.  Water is involved in almost every bodily function: circulation, digestion, absorption, and elimination of wastes, to name a few.  Water carries the electrolytes, mineral salts that help convey electrical currents in the body; the major minerals that make up these salts are sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, and chloride.  Water requirements vary greatly from person to person.  The climate in which we live, our activity level, and our diet all influence our need for water.

According to Dr. Hiromi Shinya, renowned colon specialist and inventor of the colonoscopy, almost all diseases originate in the colon, and the amount and quality of water intake is essential to our health.  Most of what we ingest, the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients we need, are extracted and absorbed via the intestinal tract.  The intestines also have to handle the toxins, pesticides, heavy metals, chemicals, perservatives, hormones and carcinogens found in most of our modern day, procesed foods.  When working properly and hydrated, this process of food waste flows out smoothly, but when the body is lacking in proper water consumption, the intestines become cess pools of fecal matter, which sticks to the intestinal walls.  It becomes more difficult for the body to absorb the important nutrients it needs and for the toxins to be flushed out.  In order to keep the bloodstream from becoming over toxic, toxins are then stored in organs, tissues and fat cells.  It is estimated that the average person has between 5 and 22 pounds of caked, rancid, decaying, fecal matter stuck inside their intestines.  Dr. Shinya recommends an alkaline diet along with Kangen alkalized water in revitalizing and restoring health back to his patient's colons and bodies.
